Head of Transformation & Performance (PMO) (m/f/d)

Rosenheim, Deutschland
Full-time
Permanent employee

Your mission

As Head of Transformation & Performance (PMO) (m/f/d), you will take on a newly created key role in the transformation and further development of the ISOPLUS Group. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will work closely with the entire C-Level as well as local management teams.
In this role, you will steer the group-wide transformation and the strategic and operational development of the organization, create transparency on progress and performance, and prepare key management decisions. Your goal is to ensure that agreed initiatives are consistently implemented and deliver measurable results.
The position offers broad scope to shape the organization at the intersection of Operations, Sales, and Finance. At the same time, you will build the Transformation & Performance Management function as well as the PMO from the ground up and, in the future, take on functional and disciplinary leadership of a team of up to three employees.

Transformation & Performance Management
  • You consolidate cross-functional and cross-country initiatives into an integrated action plan with clear priorities, responsibilities, and milestones, ensuring alignment with the company strategy.
  • You establish regular initiative tracking to create transparency on timelines, milestones, and measurable contributions.
  • In case of deviations, you ensure that binding corrective actions are defined, consistently follow up on their implementation, and escalate required decisions to management in a timely manner.

Operational Improvement & Execution

  • Together with the responsible stakeholders in Operations, Sales, and Finance, you develop and drive effective improvement initiatives.
  • You independently take ownership of selected cross-functional projects.
  • You constructively challenge assumptions, identify risks and dependencies at an early stage, and initiate appropriate countermeasures together with the responsible stakeholders.

Performance & Financial Impact

  • Together with Finance, you review business cases and financial impacts and compare plan, forecast, and actual performance.
  • In doing so, you create a reliable data basis and make the operational and financial contributions of transformation initiatives measurable.
  • Improvements should translate into tangible results in productivity, profitability, and cash flow.

Management & Steering

  • You prepare management and steering meetings in a structured manner, formulate clear recommendations for action, and consistently follow up on agreed decisions.
  • You provide the CEO and C-Level with tailored reporting on progress, results, risks, and required decisions.
  • In addition, you contribute analyses, recommendations, and results to discussions with our shareholder, Viessmann Generations Group, and accompany relevant management and steering meetings together with the CEO.

PMO Development & Organization

  • You design roles, processes, tools, and standards for group-wide Transformation & Performance Management.
  • At the same time, you drive the development of the PMO function and create the foundation for a high-performing team.
  • In the future, you will take on functional and disciplinary leadership responsibility for a team of up to three employees.

Your profile

  • You hold a successfully completed degree in a business, technical, or comparable field and bring several years of relevant experience in transformation, performance, or project management. You have already worked in a responsible role – for example in Transformation Management, PMO, Performance Management, or as Chief of Staff – supporting complex change processes and actively driving their implementation.
  • You have practical experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment and therefore bring a strong understanding of operational interdependencies, particularly the interaction between Operations, Sales, and Finance.
  • For you, transformation is about more than concepts and analyses: you have independently driven transformation, restructuring, or improvement initiatives and can demonstrate tangible operational or financial results.
  • You are able to quickly understand and structure complex topics. You confidently assess business cases, identify key performance drivers, and translate data and KPIs into clear priorities and actionable measures.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently and are comfortable working with executive management and senior stakeholders. Even without direct authority, you are able to align different interests, drive decisions forward, and engage people around common goals.
  • You are not afraid to challenge assumptions or openly address difficult topics. Even when facing resistance, you remain constructive, solution-oriented, and consistent in driving implementation.
  • You have experience leading cross-functional projects or teams and are motivated to build and further develop your own team in the future. Initial disciplinary leadership experience is an advantage.
  • You are confident working in an international environment and have business-fluent German and English skills. Occasional international travel is a welcome opportunity for you to collaborate with our entities and teams on site.
