Your mission

In this varied position, you take on a central role within the operational HR work of the ISOPLUS Group. Responsible for the professional handling of all administrative HR processes, you support employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle. 
The focus of your role lies in HR administration, contract management as well as the preparation of the monthly payroll. Through a structured and service-oriented way of working, you also make a significant contribution to the quality and efficiency of our HR processes. 
In doing so, you work closely with the Finance and Legal departments, external payroll service providers as well as the international companies of the ISOPLUS Group. 
 
HR Administration & Employee Support 
  • On your own responsibility, you manage the entire administrative employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding.
  • As a point of contact, you support employees and managers in all administrative HR matters.
  • Certificates, confirmations and other HR-relevant documents are prepared reliably by you.
  • Digital personnel files as well as employee master data are maintained and managed by you with great care.
  • Onboarding and offboarding, transfers, contract changes and organizational changes likewise fall within your responsibility.
  • Beyond this, you organize and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • In collaboration with the specialist departments, you manage vacation, sick leave and absence times.
  • For matters such as parental leave, maternity protection, care leave as well as other statutory leaves of absence, you provide competent support.
Contract Management 
  • Employment contracts, supplementary agreements and addenda are drawn up, amended and managed by you independently.
  • Likewise, you prepare transfer, salary and contract changes.
  • Qualified references as well as other labor law documents are drafted by you with routine.
  • Probation periods, fixed terms, notice periods and other HR-relevant deadlines are reliably kept in view by you.
  • Beyond this, you maintain and further develop contract templates and standard documents.
  • Last but not least, you ensure complete and audit-proof HR documentation.
Payroll Administration 
  • In collaboration with external payroll service providers, you prepare and coordinate the monthly payroll.
  • All payroll-relevant employee master data is maintained and reviewed by you carefully.
  • Variable pay components as well as personnel changes are recorded reliably by you.
  • In addition, you review the payroll and handle related queries.
  • For year-end closing activities as well as wage tax and social security audits, you provide your support.
  • Beyond this, you communicate with health insurance funds, authorities and external service providers on payroll-relevant matters.
Administrative Support & Correspondence 
  • In the organization and coordination of training sessions, mandatory instructions, occupational safety measures as well as occupational health examinations, you provide active support.
  • HR-relevant documentation and certificates are managed and maintained reliably by you.
  • For visa, residence and work permit matters as well as administrative topics in an international environment, you provide support.
  • Likewise, you handle the correspondence with authorities, social security institutions and external partners.
HR Operations 
  • Service-oriented and high-quality HR administration is ensured by you at all times.
  • You support the Head of Group HR in day-to-day operations.
  • In administrative special tasks, you contribute with commitment.
  • In addition, you provide support for internal and external audits as well as compliance with labor law and data protection requirements.
  • Closely, you collaborate with the Finance, Legal and Compliance departments as well as the international companies of the ISOPLUS Group.

Your profile

  • You hold a successfully completed degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Psychology or a comparable qualification (e.g. a commercial apprenticeship with a focus on human resources combined with relevant further training in the HR field).
  • In operational HR management, you bring several years of professional experience (approx. 2–5 years) and have sound knowledge in HR administration, employee support, payroll administration, contract management as well as employee lifecycle management.
  • Beyond this, you have gained experience in supporting recruiting and talent acquisition processes as well as in managing and optimizing operational HR processes.
  • Good knowledge of German labor and social security law as well as a solid understanding of labor law fundamentals distinguish you.
  • Experience in an international industrial or production environment is also an advantage.
  • In handling HR systems as well as the common MS Office applications, you are proficient.
  • You convince with pronounced organizational and coordination skills, a high level of service orientation as well as a structured and reliable way of working.
  • Strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset as well as a high degree of discretion and trustworthiness in handling sensitive personnel data round off your profile.
  • You bring very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
