Your mission

 In this responsible position, you take on the operational leadership of the Group HR function within the ISOPLUS Group. Together with the Director Legal, People & Compliance, you ensure professional, efficient and service-oriented HR work across all companies. 
The focus of your role lies in group-wide recruiting and talent acquisition as well as the leadership and development of the HR team. You support our managers in all operational HR matters, take responsibility for the successful placement of specialist and leadership positions, and ensure the implementation of consistent HR standards across the group of companies. 
In doing so, you work closely with the HR Operations & Systems Manager, the local HR contacts, the international companies as well as the Legal, Finance and Compliance departments, making a significant contribution to the further professionalization of the HR function within an internationally growing group of companies. 
 
 Recruiting & Talent Acquisition 
  • Responsibility for the development, implementation and continuous advancement of the group-wide recruiting and talent acquisition strategy of the ISOPLUS Group.
  • Across all companies, you manage and further develop all recruiting activities while ensuring consistent processes, standards and quality guidelines.
  • As a competent point of contact, you advise and support the HR Business Partners as well as the local HR teams in implementing the recruiting strategy and promote the exchange of best practices within the group.
  • On your own responsibility, you manage and oversee the filling of key, specialist and leadership positions as well as critical vacancies.
  • To sustainably attract qualified employees, you develop innovative recruiting strategies, sourcing concepts and talent pipeline models.
  • Beyond this, you build up group-wide talent pools as well as strategic recruiting networks and continuously develop them further.
  • In close collaboration with Marketing and Corporate Communications, you drive the management and further development of employer branding.
  • Likewise, the selection, management and further development of external recruiting partners, HR consultancies and service providers falls within your responsibility.
  • You define, analyze and manage relevant recruiting metrics and derive measures for the continuous optimization of efficiency, quality and candidate experience.
  • Last but not least, you keep an eye on market trends, innovations and developments in recruiting and derive future-oriented measures for the ISOPLUS Group.
 HR Operations & Team Leadership 
  • Operational leadership as well as functional and disciplinary management of the Group HR team (4 employees).
  • Continuously, you further develop the HR organization and anchor strategic HR topics and initiatives group-wide.
  • All operational HR activities are organized, prioritized and managed by you independently.
  • Throughout the entire employee lifecycle, you ensure efficient, standardized and legally compliant HR processes.
  • For operational HR matters, you provide support to the local companies.
  • In addition, you foster a service-oriented and high-performing HR organization.
  • Compliance with labor law requirements as well as internal guidelines is ensured by you.
 HR Governance & Collaboration 
  • Responsibility for the continuous advancement of group-wide HR standards and administrative guidelines.
  • Functionally, you manage and prioritize the collaboration with the HR Operations & Systems Manager with regard to HR processes, systems and their operational implementation.
  • In doing so, you ensure a consistent application of group-wide HR guidelines.
  • In international HR projects as well as the harmonization of HR processes within the group of companies, you actively participate.
  • For internal and external audits as well as the implementation of labor law and internal compliance requirements, you provide your support.
  • Finally, you foster cross-functional collaboration within the HR organization.

Your profile

  • You hold a successfully completed degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Psychology or a comparable qualification (e.g. a commercial apprenticeship with a focus on human resources combined with relevant HR further training).
  • In HR management, you bring several years of professional experience (approx. 5–8 years), ideally with a focus on recruiting & talent acquisition as well as HR business partnering.
  • Beyond this, you convince with several years of leadership experience and pronounced leadership competence in managing and developing teams.
  • In the development and implementation of HR strategies as well as in change management and organizational development processes, you are equally experienced.
  • Sound knowledge in HR operations, employee lifecycle management as well as German labor law rounds off your profile.
  • In stakeholder management, you demonstrate pronounced competence and present yourself confidently and convincingly towards managers and senior management.
  • In addition, you have gained experience in the optimization and digitalization of HR processes as well as in project and process management.
  • Experience in an international industrial or production environment is also an advantage.
  • You are characterized by strategic thinking, a high degree of organizational skills as well as a pragmatic, solution-oriented hands-on mentality with strong implementation skills.
  • In handling modern HR systems as well as the common MS Office applications, you are proficient.
  • You bring very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
