Your mission

In this role, you will play a key role in shaping the further development of our European production sites and lay the foundation for a group-wide Isoplus production system. With your lean expertise and implementation skills, you will bring transparency, structure, and continuous improvement to different plants, manufacturing technologies, and countries.

Lean workshops & shop floor optimization

You will plan, moderate, and accompany lean workshops directly on the shop floor at our plants in Germany, Austria, France, Romania, Italy, Serbia, Czechia, and Finland.
You will analyze various manufacturing processes in detail – from metalworking (bending, cutting/separating, welding) to PE extrusion and foaming to assembly – and identify specific optimization potential.
You will critically examine process data, material flows, setup times, and processes and translate your findings into sustainable improvement measures.

Continuous improvement & method development

You conduct training courses on lean methods and continuous improvement, thereby strengthening the understanding of lean in the plants.
You will select existing lean tools or adapt them to the specific production processes of the isoplus Group – as the foundation for a future isoplus production system.
In addition, you will help to firmly establish a CI culture and build a group-wide operational excellence structure.

Cooperation & international collaboration

As part of the Operations division, you will work closely with the Group COO as well as plant management, production, and logistics teams.
You will promote the exchange of best practices between locations and contribute to harmonizing standards, methods, and processes across Europe.

Your profile

You are a lean professional with a genuine passion for the shop floor who enjoys hands-on work, supporting international plants, and actively shaping change.

You have a technical degree or in-depth training in lean management, continuous improvement, or production systems—ideally in the automotive supply industry.
In addition, you have at least 5–10 years of experience in lean shop floor management, particularly in metalworking (bending, cutting/separating, welding) and/or plastics processing (extrusion, foaming), preferably as a Tier 1 supplier.
A deep understanding of at least one production system from the automotive supply industry and confident application of lean principles and methods round off your profile.
Experience in quality management, as well as in training and coaching (“train-the-trainer”) would be desirable.
You have very good German and English skills. Additional languages are an advantage.
A high willingness to travel throughout Europe and actively support various plants on site is also part of your profile.
