Operational Excellence Manager (m/w/d) – Schwerpunkt Lean Shopfloor & CI

Ihre Aufgaben

In dieser Rolle gestalten Sie maßgeblich die Weiterentwicklung unserer europäischen Produktionsstandorte und schaffen die Grundlage für ein gruppenweites Isoplus-Produktionssystem. Mit Ihrem Lean-Know-how und Ihrer Umsetzungsstärke bringen Sie Transparenz, Struktur und kontinuierliche Verbesserungen in unterschiedliche Werke, Fertigungstechnologien und Länder.

Lean-Workshops & Shopfloor- Optimierung

Sie planen, moderieren und begleiten Lean-Workshops direkt am Shopfloor in unseren Werken in Deutschland, Österreich, Frankreich, Rumänien, Italien, Serbien, Tschechien und Finnland.
Verschiedene Fertigungsverfahren – von Metallbearbeitung (Biegen, Schneiden/Trennen, Schweißen) über PE-Extrusion und Ausschäumen bis hin zur Montage – analysieren Sie detailliert und identifizieren konkrete Optimierungspotenziale.
Prozessdaten, Materialflüsse, Rüstzeiten und Abläufe prüfen Sie kritisch und übersetzen Ihre Erkenntnisse in nachhaltige Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.

Continuous Improvement & Methodenentwicklung

Sie führen Trainings zu Lean-Methoden und Kontinuierlicher Verbesserung durch und stärken damit das Lean-Verständnis in den Werken.
Bestehende Lean-Tools wählen Sie gezielt aus oder passen diese an die spezifischen Produktionsprozesse der isoplus Gruppe an – als Fundament für ein zukünftiges isoplus Produktionssystem.
Zudem unterstützen Sie dabei, eine CI-Kultur fest zu etablieren und eine gruppenweite Operational-Excellence-Struktur aufzubauen.

Kooperation & internationale Zusammenarbeit

Als Teil des Operations-Bereichs arbeiten Sie eng mit dem Group COO sowie Werksleitungen, Produktions- und Logistikteams zusammen.
Sie fördern den Austausch guter Praktiken ("Best Practices") zwischen den Standorten und tragen dazu bei, Standards, Methoden und Prozesse europaweit zu harmonisieren.

Ihr Profil

Sie sind ein Lean-Profi mit echter Shopfloor-Passion, der gerne Hands-on arbeitet, internationale Werke unterstützt und Veränderung aktiv gestaltet.

Sie verfügen über ein technisches Studium oder eine fundierte Ausbildung im Lean Management, Continuous Improvement oder Produktionssystem-Umfeld – idealerweise in der Automobilzulieferindustrie.
Zudem können Sie mindestens 5–10 Jahre Erfahrung im Lean Shopfloor Management nachweisen, insbesondere in der Metallbearbeitung (Biegen, Schneiden/Trennen, Schweißen) und/oder Kunststoffverarbeitung (Extrusion, Schäumen), bevorzugt als Tier-1-Zulieferer.
Tiefes Verständnis- mindestens eines Produktionssystems aus der Automobilzulieferindustrie sowie sicherer Umgang mit Lean-Prinzipien und -Methoden, runden Ihr Profil ab.
Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, sowie in Trainings- und Coaching („Train-the-Trainer) wären wünschenswert.
Sie verführen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. Weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil.
Eine hohe Bereitschaft, europaweit zu reisen und verschiedene Werke aktiv vor Ort zu unterstützen gehört ebenso zu Ihrem Profil.

Your mission

In this role, you will play a key role in shaping the further development of our European production sites and lay the foundation for a group-wide Isoplus production system. With your lean expertise and implementation skills, you will bring transparency, structure, and continuous improvement to different plants, manufacturing technologies, and countries.

Lean workshops & shop floor optimization

You will plan, moderate, and accompany lean workshops directly on the shop floor at our plants in Germany, Austria, France, Romania, Italy, Serbia, Czechia, and Finland.
You will analyze various manufacturing processes in detail – from metalworking (bending, cutting/separating, welding) to PE extrusion and foaming to assembly – and identify specific optimization potential.
You will critically examine process data, material flows, setup times, and processes and translate your findings into sustainable improvement measures.

Continuous improvement & method development

You conduct training courses on lean methods and continuous improvement, thereby strengthening the understanding of lean in the plants.
You will select existing lean tools or adapt them to the specific production processes of the isoplus Group – as the foundation for a future isoplus production system.
In addition, you will help to firmly establish a CI culture and build a group-wide operational excellence structure.

Cooperation & international collaboration

As part of the Operations division, you will work closely with the Group COO as well as plant management, production, and logistics teams.
You will promote the exchange of best practices between locations and contribute to harmonizing standards, methods, and processes across Europe.

Your profile

You are a lean professional with a genuine passion for the shop floor who enjoys hands-on work, supporting international plants, and actively shaping change.

You have a technical degree or in-depth training in lean management, continuous improvement, or production systems—ideally in the automotive supply industry.
In addition, you have at least 5–10 years of experience in lean shop floor management, particularly in metalworking (bending, cutting/separating, welding) and/or plastics processing (extrusion, foaming), preferably as a Tier 1 supplier.
A deep understanding of at least one production system from the automotive supply industry and confident application of lean principles and methods round off your profile.
Experience in quality management, as well as in training and coaching (“train-the-trainer”) would be desirable.
You have very good German and English skills. Additional languages are an advantage.
A high willingness to travel throughout Europe and actively support various plants on site is also part of your profile.
